This bottling has been specially commissioned for the 2023 AGM. It will likely be released to the general public in 2024, but this is your opportunity to try the whisky early. The bottle is dressed up with a special ‘AGM’ label to mark the occasion.
This whisky was created using our innovative seaweed infused peat smoke. Working in collaboration with Cascadia Seaweed, we used Vancouver Island Sugar Kelp harvested by First Nations in Ucluelet to create a totally new type of whisky. The Sugar Kelp was smoked with peat sourced from Washington state to a create a 54 ppm whisky that embodies the pacific northwest and tastes extraordinary.
The seaweed infused peated clearach won World’s Best New-Make at the World Whiskies Awards in 2022. The clearach was then matured in our famous Portuguese Re-Charred Red Wine Barriques to create a unique and delicious new whisky.
