Borrowing its name from its distant cousin Champagne, our Brut IPA shares a similar flavour profile to the sparkling wine. Classically dry, light in colour, highly effervescent, and wonderfully fruity, this is as close to popping a bottle of bubbly that an IPA can get. It’s as intriguing as it is drinkable with light and crisp tropical mimosa flavours including citrus, mandarin orange, and passion fruit.We used first wort hopping to provide a gentle bitterness and added 5 different hops at six different stages in the brewing process to give this beer a complex and balanced flavour with a bright pop of citrus. A triumph among Brut IPAs, this is something to celebrate.
