Distilled using local barley peat-smoked at our distillery to 54 ppm with local peat from the Olympic Peninsula in Washington. It was then fully matured in an Ex-Bourbon cask. This expansion by the Peat Project allows for distinct comparisons between different single casks as well as examining the effect different terroirs can have.
