Join us for an exciting whisky filled evening where you’ll get to try 6 of our fantastic single malts during a guided tasting led by our Whiskymaker Graeme Macaloney. The tasting will be live-streamed from in front of the distillery’s copper pot stills!
Event Details:
When: Monday Oct 2nd, 2023 at 7:00 pm Pacific. The Zoom meeting will begin at 6:30 pm so that attendees may have an opportunity to socialize prior to the start of the tasting.
Where: Streamed online from inside the distillery & brewery
Ticket Deadline: Please order your tickets prior to September 17th so that your sample kit can be assembled in time for the event.
You may choose to pick-up your kit at the distillery (no shipping cost) or have your kit shipped directly to you for additional shipping cost. If you select the pick-up option (local addresses only), you will be contacted once the kit is available for pick-up.

Whisky Line-up:
- Searaidh Braiche: Double distilled single malt spirit matured in Spanish Oloroso and PX casks (0 ppm / non-peated)
- An Loy: Previously known as Glenloy. Won Canada’s Best Single Malt Whisky in 2021 and 2022. Matured in Ex-Bourbon casks, Portuguese Re-Charred Red Wine Barriques, Oloroso and PX casks (0 ppm / non-peated)
- St. Mallie Moscatel: Previously known as Invermallie Moscatel. Single cask whisky matured in premium European Moscatel casks. Very delicate and floral. (0 ppm / non-peated)
- An Aba: Our lightly peated ‘sherried’ single malt. Matured in Ex-Bourbon casks, Spanish Oloroso barriques, Portuguese Re-Charred Red Wine Barriques, Virgin American Oak casks, and Spanish PX casks. Very complex with an extremely approachable peat level (11 ppm). This is a newly released whisky!
- Siol Dugal: Our medium peated (27 ppm) signature expression. Won Canada’s Best Single Malt Whisky this year (2023) at the World Whiskies Awards. Matured in Ex-Bourbon Casks, Virgin American Oak casks, and Portuguese Re-Charred Red Wine Barriques. This is a newly released whisky!
- Peat Project Moscatel and Washington Peat: This is our first single cask peated whisky. It was matured solely in European Moscatel casks and uses grain which was peat smoked to 54 ppm. It will be very interesting to compare it with the St. Mallie Moscatel which is it’s un-peated sister. The Peat Project Moscatel is our first whisky from the Peat Project range. Over the coming years, we will be exploring different peat terroir within this range of single cask whiskies. This is a newly released whisky!
