This single cask series, Kirkinriola (pronounced ‘kirk-in-riola’), is our collector’s single-cask edition.  With individually numbered bottles, it is sought after by those who appreciate fine whisky.

Gold winner at the 2025 Canadian Whisky Awards.

Previously been awarded a stunning 93/100 by Whisky Advocate & 8.3/10 by Whisky Magazine.

Fully matured in a single virgin American oak cask, and triple distilled using only the best local unmalted and malted barley from British Columbia.  

The nose has a symphony of treacle, dried fruit, heather, perfume, lemon & lime, kiwi, pineapple, bananas, geranium, bramble jam, red currant, candied orange, acacia honey, figs, vanilla bean, and cream soda. There’s also white chocolate, barley water, wholemeal biscuit, pecan, roasted almonds, pipe tobacco, sandalwood, cinnamon, pine resin, furniture polish, and coastal gorse.

The palate has an impressive body and mouthfeel with heather honey, sticky toffee pudding, rum, dried apricot & figs, cherries, sultanas, raspberry jam, and fruit cake. Rich tannins are accompanied by ginger, nutmeg, aniseed, digestive biscuit, malted milk, and Brazil nut. The oak finish is long and dry with juniper, cocoa and salted dark chocolate.
