What to Expect:

  • The Progression: A vertical tasting of our peat capabilities, rising from light to heavy.
  • The Production: Features barley uniquely peat-smoked at our distillery—a tradition observed by only a select few.
  • The Bottles:
    • An Aba (15 PPM): Light peat on the nose with fresh pine, orange liqueur, and a lush creamy mouthfeel.
    • Peated Kildara (21 PPM): Triple-distilled smoothness with delicate wood smoke, cream soda, and heather honey.
    • Siol Dugall (27 PPM): Medium peated with pine wood smoke, tropical fruit, and sweet malty peat smoke.
    • Harvest Coast (54 PPM): Rich Sherry and gentle peat with coastal pine forest, bonfire embers, and sea tangle seaweed.
