Special Celebratory Dram Portuguese Tawny Port S.T.R

All or Nothing is a celebration of resilience, a new lease of life, and the continued legacy of Dr. Jim Swan. We collaborated with our Portuguese cooperage to modify the Shave-Toast-Rechar (S.T.R.) method for use with a Tawny Port cask—likely creating the world's first-ever bottling of a Port-wine STR single malt. Fully matured in a 225L barrique rather than a standard Pipe, this unique vessel allows for a deeper oxidative maturation and a superior ratio of spirit to wood surface area.

Bottled at 50% ABV, this dram uplifts our house style with deep, matured Tawny Port notes on the nose, featuring dark cherries, treacle toffee, roasted nuts, and floral hints. On the palate, it offers an extra-creamy mouth-feel with flavors of rich Port, coffee, dark chocolate, praline, and deep oak spices.

The finish is defined by dried fruit and lingering oak. It remains true to our signature style, closing with a dry, oaken profile and a distinct hint of sea-breeze.
